How we'll work together
During our 1-2-1 Life Coaching sessions we will explore and map all the different areas of your internal and external worlds to understand where you are now. This is done with compassionate awareness, there is no blame, shame, guilt, justification or judgement. There will also be fun and playfulness. This philosophy is applied throughout.
Next we identify your core values, beliefs, habits, dreams, visions and goals. This is all about being true to the real you so you can live and lead a fulfilling life with integrity. The final stage is making this happen by taking meaningful action.
Being kind to yourself and having some fun on the way is key. This work can be challenging in many ways, it can also be one of the most rewarding and freeing experiences.
From the beginning I will be supporting and guiding you as well as providing strategies, tools and techniques to manage your mind. All of which are based on current neuroscience findings. Some may surprise you, however when appropriately applied, will give the real life results you are looking for.
Please understand that Life Coaching is not therapy or counselling. We will not be actively exploring your past or trying to make sense of your childhood. We simply start where you are and move meaningfully forward.
Sessions can be in person, by phone or by Skype.
